GEO guidance on Disability Provisions in the Equality Act 2010
The Government Equality Office has issued ‘Quick Start’ guidance to the disability provisions in the Equality Act. This short guide provides a helpful overview of which disabled people are protected from discrimination and highlights the changes and new features from provisions in the Disability Discrimination. Branch officers may find this a useful guide when representing members on disability discrimination matters.
